The Eye
The ability to see is a very important sense for most creatures that roam about the earth. As humans we often figuratively say that "not everyone sees things the same" when talking about different viewpoints on a topic or issue. However, that same phrase can be used in a literal sense when talking about different species. Light, darkness, depth perception, and color, among other characteristics, are all perceived differently by different species based on how their eyes are formed. In the Content pages we will look at the structure of the eye in different species, and will explain how these different species perceive the world around them.
